OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ERS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Rhode Island.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
